Ep. 120: EMERGENCY PODCAST SYSTEM — R.I.P. RBG. Wipe Your Tears and Fight! | Rumble w Michael Moore

In the middle of Michael Moore recording a podcast about the 2020 election, one of our greatest nightmares occurred: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death was announced. In this Emergency Podcast System episode of Rumble, you'll hear Michael's raw, emotional, and immediate thoughts on her death, and the danger America now faces with Trump ready to choose her replacement and Senate Majority Leader McConnell planning to ram this conservative, right-wing judge through the Senate. 45 days before the election, in the middle of a once-in-a-century pandemic, and with a lawless thug in the White House, America is in grave danger. Ep. 119: 9/11 or...Only the Confederate Army Has Killed More Americans Than Trump | Michael Moore

Trump bragged to Bob Woodward “I saved his ass!” — referring to how he, Trump, protected the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia after the Prince had a columnist for the Washington Post murdered. Hearing this on the anniversary of 15 Saudi hijackers who murdered 2,977 people in NYC, DC and PA is chilling. And a reminder to Michael Moore and the rest of us that during these next 50+ days we are in a state of emergency. None of us are safe. Trump truly is, as Mary Trump says, the most dangerous man in America. Trump was warned as early as January by his National Security Advisor that Covid-19 is “the greatest national security threat”. He responded by telling the American people that the virus was a hoax - when he knew it wasn’t. He then knowingly allowed 200,000 Americans to die. That’s sixty-seven 9/11s. Trump is a mass killer. Listen in on Mike’s intense, powerful assault on the madman in the White House. A transcript of this episode will soon be available at: Klik hier Send in a voice message: Klik hier

Ep. 117: Donald Trump's Crimes Against Humanity (feat. Jacob Soboroff) | Rumble w Michael Moore

America has not come to grips with, nor atoned for the cruel and inhumane policies carried out at the U.S.-Mexico border or at the migrant detention facilities. It was one of the most gruesome policies carried out by the Trump administration, but the groundwork for his treatment of migrants was laid by previous administrations. Jacob Soboroff was one of the first journalists to gain access to the horrible migrant detention facilities on the U.S.-Mexico border for NBC News and MSNBC. His reports from the border shocked the country and helped force the Trump administration to reverse course on child separation. He joins Michael Moore to share his new reporting and discuss what must be done to fix this crime against humanity come January 20, 2021. Ep. 116: Biden To Flint — "F*ck You" (feat. Melissa Mays) | Rumble w Michael Moore podcast

Michigan's former Republican Governor Rick Snyder is the man most responsible for poisoning Flint's residents and then covering up and allowing the poisoning to persist. He has permanently damaged people's lives by exposing them to lead poisoning, ruining their homes due to lead in the pipes, and causing misery and pain that will sadly last for generations. He should be in prison. Instead, he just endorsed Joe Biden's campaign, and the campaign touted Snyder's endorsement in a press release. Was this a dirty trick by the Trump campaign to get Michiganders to stay home and not vote Biden? Why else would the Biden campaign insult the voters of Flint and tell them their votes don't matter? Michael Moore is joined by Melissa Mays, a Flint resident, mother and activist who has been at the forefront of the effort to bring justice, dignity and clean water to Flint, to discuss how the hell the Biden campaign could have done this and what Biden must do to make amends. Ep. 115: "The Era of American Democracy Will Be Over" (feat. David Plouffe) | Rumble w Michael Moore

David Plouffe served as Barack Obama's campaign manager during his historic race for the presidency in 2007-2008. With Plouffe's guidance, Obama was able to topple the Clinton machine in the Democratic primary, then win an historic 69 million votes in the general election, carrying red states such as Indiana and North Carolina, to go along with swing states such as Florida and Ohio. An African-American candidate, running in the midst of the Iraq war, with the middle name of Hussein, and being called a socialist, marxist and even a domestic terrorist by the Republicans and Fox News throughout the campaign...and they won in a landslide. Plouffe joins Michael Moore to assess the state of the race, describe why President Obama's DNC speech purposely left people "rattled" and "alarmed,"and how Trump is "a bigger threat to the union than southern leaders were in the 1820's." He also explains why a President Biden is likely to "swing for the fences" while in office, why progressives should be more encouraged about what a Biden presidency can do on climate change using Executive Orders, and why Biden's personal decency actually matters. Ep. 113: I'm Voting For Joe Biden Because I Don't Believe Him | Rumble w Michael Moore podcast

On June 18th, 2019, at a high-end campaign fundraiser on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Joe Biden tried to win over wealthy donors and top bankers by assuring them that "nothing would fundamentally change" under a Biden presidency. He was reinforcing that he's the moderate, status quo candidate that would not rock the boat or challenge the power of the 1% while in the White House. Nothing would fundamentally change??? In this episode of Rumble, Michael Moore unravels the fallacy of Biden's thinking and shares his ideas for why everyone must stay involved in the fight for this election and beyond. First of all, EVERYTHING has fundamentally changed. The pandemic has exposed the cruel and unsustainable economic, health care and political systems in America. Nothing will ever be the same again. And the police murder of George Floyd has once again exposed racial inequality and plight of Black Americans, and has sparked a rebellion that is the largest protest movement in American history. There is no turning back. Biden and Harris will be inheriting a failed state on January 20, 2021, and milquetoast, moderate half-measures will not come nearly close to meeting the demands of the people and the demands of the moment. With a failing economy, a failing healthcare system, the political winds shifting left, and a strong and growing Squad in Congress, Biden and Harris can be forced to make bigger, bolder and more progressive changes than they were planning. History, political reality, emergencies and the fired up and organized political left can be and must be a force in this election and on the day Biden/Harris are sworn in. For anyone despairing, depressed, or pessimistic about the future of the country, about the fact that Trump is President, or that we are being asked to settle for Biden as our only way forward, this episode is for you. Ep. 112: On The Front Lines With Linda Sarsour (feat. Linda Sarsour) | Rumble w Michael Moore

Linda Sarsour is an organizer and activist who has been on the frontlines of every major battle against creeping fascism, the Trump administration, state violence, and attacks on all marginalized communities. Along with Tamika Mallory, Carmen Perez and Bob Bland, she organized the Women's March in Washington D.C. on January 21, 2017, the largest protest in American history. Since then, she has been fighting the administration on it's Muslim ban, on criminal justice reform, along with her continued advocacy for Arab and Muslim Americans and for the Palestinian people. She joins Michael discuss the urgent need to remove Trump from office, how Democrats should (and should not) bring out Muslim and Arab voters in key swing states such as Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas and Florida, and her decision to move to Louisville, Kentucky in the middle of a pandemic to fight for justice for Breonna Taylor. ********** Read Linda's book, "We Are Not Here to Be Bystanders: A Memoir of Love and Resistance" Klik hier "Until Freedom" and fight for justice for Breonna Taylor: Klik hier film Michael mentions is "This Is Personal" Klik hier Joe Biden's campaign that in order to win, they must value and respect Muslim and Arab-Americans and they must respect Linda Sarsour, a progressive, Arab and Muslim leader: Klik hier transcript of this conversation is available here: Klik hier with Michael Moore listeners - protect your online privacy with ExpressVPN! Ep. 111: What Joe Biden Must Do To Win. And What We Must Do To Win. (w. Briahna Joy Gray) | Rumble w Michael Moore As the Democrats turn half of their convention over to conservative Democrats and Republicans, and as they harp on symbolism and personal attributes of candidates over policies or plans to actually help Americans, Michael is joined by Briahna Joy Gray to discuss what Biden and the Democrats should be doing to reach people on the fence about voting and what progressives must do to hold the Democrats' feet to the fire. Ep. 109: The Radical Left-Wing Anarchist Mob for Biden-Harris | Rumble w Michael Moore podcast

One of Donald Trump's attacks on Joe Biden is that he is not actually running the Democratic party or even his own Presidential campaign. Instead, Trump claims, Biden is being controlled by "the left-wing mob," by "socialists" or "antifa" or "anarchists" or "the squad." So Trump has a higher opinion of the power of the left than we have of ourselves! Ep. 101: EMERGENCY PODCAST SYSTEM — Donald Trump's Police State, Part 1 | Rumble w Michael Moore

What happens when a neo-fascist President and his thuggish Attorney General send armed federal agents and combat troops to one of the most progressive, politically active and creative American cities? We're watching it take place in Portland, Oregon: citizens using leaf blowers to successfully redirect tear gas back at the Feds; a Wall of Moms "dressed like they're going to Target" and wearing bike helmets, putting their bodies on the line to protect the protestors; a "Naked Athena" sitting nude in the middle of the street, doing a yoga pose in a show of power and defiance against confused, scared, armed federal gunmen. In the middle of it all have been courageous journalists, some of them teenagers, documenting this story for the rest of us and giving us a preview of what is coming to the rest of our cities. One of them, 17-year old Garrison Davis, joins Michael to discuss what the last 50+ days of resistance have been like, the night he first saw an unmarked federal van snatching a citizen off the street, and how Portland is a dry run for what Trump and Barr are planning on doing all around the country in advance of the election. This is the first part of a series of EMERGENCY PODCAST SYSTEM episodes on Portland. We will also be hearing from Bev Barnum, founder of Portland's "Wall of Moms," Teressa Raiford, a longtime Black Lives Matter activist who founded "Don't Shoot Portland," and historian Timothy Snyder, who appeared in Fahrenheit 11/9 and has been warning us about the creeping fascism during the Trump regime. Ep. 100: Meet My Cousin, The President | Rumble w Michael Moore podcast

During an episode of “Finding Your Roots” on PBS with Henry Louis Gates Jr., a search through Michael’s family history unearthed a shocking revelation: Michael Moore is related to America’s 31st President, 1929-1933, Republican Herbert Hoover. After grappling with the fact (and the irony) that the Franklin Delano Roosevelt-loving, Democratic party-supporting Moore family was actually related to FDR’s Republican predecessor, Michael decided to search deeper into his roots during a trip earlier this year to Hoover’s home state of Iowa. This episode was recorded at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library, Museum and birthplace in West Branch, Iowa. After touring the museum, Michael sat down with three archivists, Craig Wright, Elizabeth Dinschel and Lynn Smith, to learn more about Hoover and the Great Depression, Hoover’s ill-fated presidency, and his Quaker roots. Michael struggles over whether he wants to go public about his connection with Hoover, but then realizes there may be some perks if a President was your cousin. Michael asks if he can crash on the Hoover couch for the night, seeing how, you know, he’s family. ****************** WATCH: Michael Moore on "Finding Your Roots With Henry Louis Gates Jr." on PBS Klik hier offer for Rumble listeners from NetSuite! Michael Moore: Rep. Ilhan Omar Reflects on the Death of Her Father Due To Complications with COVID-1

On the "Rumble with Michael Moore" podcast, Rep. Ilhan Omar reflected on the death of her father due to complications with COVID-19. Rep. Ilhan Omar: "Thank you for your condolences. It's been a challenge coming to terms with the fact that he's taken from us. You know, my father was a fighter. For me, it just sort of puts an exclamation point on just how dangerous this virus is and how many people's lives are being stolen by it and how seriously we need to take it in not just urging people to wear masks, but testing and tracing." "My father was an avid mask wearer. And, you know, he was quite frustrated at times when he would briefly step out, that he would encounter people without a mask. And it's a reminder that we don't wear the mask for ourselves.  We wear it for the protection of others, as well. And so when others wear it, they're protecting us. And so it's a reciprocal thing that we do as a community to keep each other safe. And I just know that the people he came into contact with, if they were wearing a mask, that his life would have been saved and he would have still been here with us. And so I just hope that people take that seriously."  "And our leaders continue to urge people to take it seriously and wear masks themselves, as well." Michael Moore: "Well, I'm really, really sorry that this happened to him, to you, to your family. From what I know of you and, of course, we've met and spoken, your mother I believe died when you were very young." Rep. Ilhan Omar: "He was mostly my mother and father. And so this is a real loss. Very hard." *********** This podcast was published on July 3, 2020. To listen to the full episode, go to: Apple: Klik hier Klik hier Klik hier

Michael Moore: Rep. Ilhan Omar on Minneapolis PD: "Really Important For Us To Gut It, Figure Out How

On the Rumble with Michael Moore podcast, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and Michael Moore discussed the police murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis and the uprisings around the nation that his death have sparked. Rep. Omar, who represents Minneapolis, told Michael Moore that minor reforms would not be sufficient and that it is necessary to "gut" the Minneapolis PD and rebuild. Rep. Omar said: "Reforms in the way in which we used to think about them are no longer going to save lives in our city. And they are not going to save our communities and they are not going to save our nation. And so there are many municipalities around the country that have police departments that need a little push in order to do better. But the Minneapolis Police Department, in my belief, isn't one of those. And so it is going to be really important for us to gut it and figure out how to rebuild a new policy and standard that will keep all of us safe and will attend to the needs of the community." Rep. Omar added: "When you have systems that are entrenched in systematic oppression and injustice, reforms around the edge that barely scratched the surface are not going to create the kind of positive outcome that you ultimately want in keeping everyone safe and wanting people to have full liberation and access to their constitution and the mandated right to life and liberty. And so Minneapolis is one of those rare cities that has a duty to intervene as a policy for their police officers." The "Rumble with Michael Moore" podcast was published on Friday, July 3rd, 2020. If Tulsa taught him anything it was that he cannot trust the poor redneck racists to come out for him. So he’s already on to Plan Z while we’re wondering what B is. Michael weaves together all of these elements and raises the question about what a desperate Trump is plotting between now and November 3rd — and invites his listeners to help him come up with a series of strategies to guarantee Trump’s unconditional surrender. ******** Email your ideas to Mike at: mike@michaelmoore.com ******** Music in episode: BET Awards Performance: Chuck D, Nas, YG, Black Thought & Rapsody - "Fight the Power" Klik hier violin at the end was part of a vigil for Elijah McClain in Aurora that was interrupted by a Swat Team.
